Becks Motor Lodge, San Francisco

Two night stay was outstanding- the motel was the standard of a boutique hotel and close to the Castro district. Room was clean and newly modernised. The bathroom was particularly good with a double shower stall and plentiful toiletries provided. Very helpful reception staff with local information and recommendations. Would stay again visiting San Francisco.

expected a bit more, i booked a queen size room and what I got was a tiny space with what seemed like a full. Interior was bare bones. Friendly staff, but that was about it.

Good room. Convenient. Nice staff. Needs a dresser in the room. Needs new irons. Second time i stayed there and second iron broken with a horrible ironing board. For the room cost it should be better

All was great: cleanliness, service, decor, and location. Only complaint was bed comfort and pillows. The bed was a bit firm for me and pillows to puffy. All in all, a great deal fir the price in SF.

Stains on couch and seat. The remote had unknown residue. I felt bad complaining as they upgraded me to a king reserve room with less noise. I thought what a great establishment. I don't know if the towels were clean as they were just hung on not folded. Bed seemed clean but the more I thought about those stains, I'm not so sure. I choose this place based on the reviews about how clean it was. The most expensive stay during my trip was the dirtiest. You cannot pay me to stay here again. My girlfriend started to have itchy skin, I felt so embarrassed as this was our first trip together. Reviews are not accurate for room 306R. Looks like an orgy took place on the sofas and seats...every padding had a stain.
