Fair 4.0
I had booked this hotel because it was close to the station. However, this area is really maybe the worst part of Frankfurt. The red light area is close by, lots of homeless, end-users around. The room has no air conditioning, and the rooms got very hot. Opening the window was difficult, because being close to the station, is very noisy. Our room was initially on the first floor. The bathroom had a pillar in middle, and the toilet was tilted. Also, it was a smoking room. The receptionist changed our room for the second day, 7th floor, a littler cooler, less noisy. The only thing nice was the breakfast (ebook was included). This place is like a motel 6, but without air conditioning.

Pleasant short stay
Hotel location is brilliant, 1 min walking from main train station and 15 min walking distance to city center. Staff are friendly and helpful, check in took a minute only. Wifi coverage is good. Free minibar with water juice and a couple of Pepsi is a good plus as well. Room space is very convenient and has a desk to work on. The only disadvantages are no air conditioning, condition feels a bit old but well maintained, and they need to pay more attention to cleanliness as I found traces or hair on the towels. I would go there again but definitely not in summer as there is no air condition.

If need to be near the train this will work
Within just a few minutes walk to the main train station. Other than the the hotel is in need of work. It was clean but didn’t feel clean. It is old and poorly cared for. Furniture is chipped, worn and stained with water rings. The shower tile had a hole in it covered with plexiglass rather than repaired. The bathroom light flicked till I felt like I was at a disco dance. Not sure if this is all baths but you had to strep up a good 2.5 feet to get over the rim of the tub and then use the safety bar to pull yourself up and into the tub as it is elevated. To step out you had to step out sideways as the space between the commode and wall was not wise enough for my size 6 body. Bed was clean and comfy, area was surprisingly quiet being so close to the train station. Area of town felt a bit unsafe after dark but we did not experience any issues.

Fantastic value!
We are certain we’re coming back to Frankfurt, and this hotel is one of the big reasons why. The location is very good, the price is amazingly cheap, and the service is excellent. The only gripe was the TV had reception problems. They were able to give us a new room, so everything worked out well. One very nice perk was that the refrigerator was stocked with beverages, including beer!
