Really had a great experience with the hotel. The parking was easy to get to. The location was next to all your nyc attractions.

When we checked in we were told there was an additional $40 resort fee due...on top of the fees and taxes we paid at time of booking. We called ahead about parking availability and were told there is a parking garage next door that we would receive the hotel discount. We parked in the garage RIGHT NEXT DOOR and when we checked out were told no...the discount garage is up and across the street...it cost us $122 for one night parking. There was no heat in our bathroom and we found the staff less than pleasant to ask questions of.

We stayed for a night and my toddler boy got the tv remote and probably hit the purchase movie button. I noticed something immediately switched off the tv and hid the remote. When I was back home I saw a transaction of 21 dollar for the movie purchase on my credit card. Seriously does a movie cost 21 dollars to watch in a hotel room ??? When I requested them to refund the amount they declined and mentioned that we watched the movie for 15 minutes!!! Bad experience. Would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel !!!

This place is the perfect location! I LOVED our 2 bedrooms! Very roomy & the beds were very comfortable! No fridge but we didn’t need one anyway. I will definitely stay here again!

Great location, very clean, a little drafty tho
This hotel was in an excellent location... very easy walking distance to shopping, Times Square, Central Park, theaters. We also were able to get to the subway easily for any activities that required a subway ride. The buffet breakfast was a nice perk. It had hard boiled eggs, toast, pastries, bagels, yogurt. Most of the employees were very nice and the room was nice and clean. The main problem was that our bathroom was quite cold. It had a very leaky outdoor window that was uncomfortable during our November/December cold weather. I would suggest a simple shade to block the drafts, especially in the bathrooms. Also, 3 out of the 4 days we had no hot water for showers.
