Ca' del Nobile, Venice
Great stay.
No complaints. Hotel and the man and women on duty were very very good customer service. Was quite clean and comfortable . I think only five rooms total, so very quant .good location too. We were there for 3 days.

Disappointing Customer Service
The front desk is only open until mid afternoon - we checked in later in the evening around 7, which we informed the hotel about ahead of time - our key was just laying on the front desk with my full name on there... I didn’t appreciate that other guests can see which room we were staying in. We also ran into an issue with our air conditioning in the room - the filter needed to be replaced and therefore not working well. The room was very warm and too uncomfortable for us to sleep - we chose a hotel that offered air conditioning on purpose. When we called the front desk for assistance (they said they’ll assist us 24/7), they were very unhelpful and told us they can’t do anything until the next day! We were very disappointed in how they handled our concerns. Even though the location was nice, the service was terrible - we will not be staying here again nor will we recommend them to any of our friends.

Very Good8.0
Excellent location; rustic hotel.
Excellent location in the heart of the old city of Venice. Beds are comfortable. The building is old but has a very rustic atmosphere. We enjoyed it. Warm water in the shower. Slow WiFi connection, but good enough to check emails and checkin for flights. Plenty to do, see, eat, and drink in the area.

Perfect spot in Venice.
Google maps do not work the best in Venice... especially at night hahaha. Check-in was self service and pretty easy except for having to call the night person to buzz the door open. Overall the room was gorgeous and very clean. Very nice bathroom and amenities. Free minibar in the room was very nice after traveling all day. Location is also a minute or two walk from Saint Marcos square, but far enough from the tourist crowds. Would definitely stay here again.
