Poor customer service
There's no staff there at all. No breakfast even though it was advertised and no one to ask for recommendations. When we set out everything was still closed and it took us a long time to find an open coffee shop. The one staff we encountered was unfriendly and did not speak English.

Don’t stay here, there are a lot of nicer places.
Don’t stay here! There are lots of other really nice hotels to choose from. When we arrived the hotel was full of fumes. Some sort of varnish or paint smell. We opened the windows, then left till bedtime. Slept there the night. No one was at the desk until 9 the next morning. When we woke up my husband and I both had sinus issues from the smell, and agreed we could not stay any longer in this hotel. We booked 5 night stay payed through Hotels.com. We talked to the man that came in to run the front desk, which is from 9-11 only. He said that they hadn’t done any painting, and that he couldn’t help us find another hotel, and he couldn’t give us a refund. We went back to our room, he came and knocked on the door, came into the room, and said “ it does smell in here”. He offered to switch our room, but when we checked that room out, it smelled too. We talked to another couple that were checking out, and they said the odor was even stronger the day before. We called another hotel Kette. Which was really nice and great breakfast. Ca’ del noble did not refund us, but hotels.com did.

Great stay.
No complaints. Hotel and the man and women on duty were very very good customer service. Was quite clean and comfortable . I think only five rooms total, so very quant .good location too. We were there for 3 days.

Disappointing Customer Service
The front desk is only open until mid afternoon - we checked in later in the evening around 7, which we informed the hotel about ahead of time - our key was just laying on the front desk with my full name on there... I didn’t appreciate that other guests can see which room we were staying in. We also ran into an issue with our air conditioning in the room - the filter needed to be replaced and therefore not working well. The room was very warm and too uncomfortable for us to sleep - we chose a hotel that offered air conditioning on purpose. When we called the front desk for assistance (they said they’ll assist us 24/7), they were very unhelpful and told us they can’t do anything until the next day! We were very disappointed in how they handled our concerns. Even though the location was nice, the service was terrible - we will not be staying here again nor will we recommend them to any of our friends.
