Clean, good location, way too noisy and warm
Clean, contemporary, good breakfast, great location getting to downtown. Way too noisy internally and externally. Road noise all night, could hear people in other rooms coughing, talking, etc. Room was way too warm, the hvac temperature is centrally set, thermostat in room does not work according to staff. Uncomfortably warm.

Excellent with one small issue
Great neighborhood—adjacent to a moderately touristy pedestrian mall to a bridge, yet not mobbed by real international tourism like most of old town. Lovely with nearby more local restaurants, close to hike up Franziskanerberg, Mirabell palace and gardens, etc. Very clean and professional hotel. Recommend the comfort rooms with balcony. Nice free tea and coffee station. We extended our stay and they really charged us as much as they could, make you pay up front, and made us go and get cash when the card didn’t go through immediately, which I did not find to be very accommodating. They could do better in that regard but most of the personnel go out of their way to be friendly and efficient.

Nice quiet room looking over the courtyard
Rooms were smaller than expected based on the photos, but were clean, quiet and comfortable. bathrooms could use more places to put toiletries and hang towels. Breakfast was good and there were lots of cafes nearby for expanded pastry/coffee selections if needed. The area was nice and at the top of a pedestrian-only street that leads to the river and the old town. We would stay again (especially for the good price)

Nice hotel with useful location
My friends and I had a great time here. The rooms were nice for the price (clean, quiet, functional) and the location at the top of Lindzergasse was nice for sightseeing and shopping. The breakfast was good and had sufficient variety for everyone in our group. We would definitely stay again.
