Terrace room
The hotel was pretty amazing, but we got the biggest room with an outdoor terrace. The showering and bathing situation was a little strange for us. They had very good though angled ceilings in the bathroom so you had to crouch down a little to even take a shower. The staff was very helpful and when we got rained out and soaked they let us use a restroom to change and let us stay there after we had already checked out for over an hour while we waited for the next boat to go to the airport. It was kind of difficult to find when we arrive in the late hours of the night when it was already dark. If you are coming and it is already dark Look up in between buildings and you will see the sign about 10 feet up. The bed was pretty hard which I did not care for too much. On the plus side Was that they had a very slow moving elevator, but on the downside it was only big enough for one person and one suitcase, or two people and no suitcases and The hotel is located three floors up.

Venice - June 2017
Tucked away on a small alley where it might be difficult to find, this B & B located in the neighborhood of Dorsodoro was a quiet retreat away from the noise of the more touristy areas of St. Marks, or the Grand Canal... although they were just a short walk away. Our room was small but comfortable and clean and the AC worked great! The staff was informative and friendly and the breakfast served was just right to start a day in Venice. It is located on the third floor but has a European "lift" - big enough for one person and luggage...would definitely stay here again!

Great Location in Venice
We were very pleased with the Hotel the support and friendly service of the staff Giorgia and Valentina were very helpful providing us with tips, suggestions and making booking for us. Guy was very helpful during our breakfasts and taking care of our room Great location for anybody who visits Venice, "a stone trow" from the Academia Bridge which has an important Vaporetto stop. That allows you to walk to San Marco, Rialto or take public transportation. Close to the Academia, Peggy Guggenheim Collection, Santa Maria della Salute Church and Punta dell Dogana. The area still feels like a real neighborhood with its shops, cafes and lovely squares
