Located in Old Town above a bar and another bar across the street. Very loud and no stopping. i asked for a different room and was told it would be quiet next night - it wasn't ever quiet. The bed was extremely small and uncomfortable. Little English spoken.

Excellent location, helpful gal at check in, room very nice. Breakfast room overcrowded at 9am and gal at check out had an attitude. On day of departure I came downstairs at 5:30am for my cab to the airport for an early morning flight. The cab was set for 6am so I asked her to call if it can come earlier, she did and then later told me the cab cannot come to the front of the hotel until 6am, so I asked her to change it back to 6am. since I was not informed of that fact when she changed it. I was told she "never had such a difficult person." I explained I was 76 yrs old will a big suitcase and severe arthritis in my knees and did not wish to pull my suitcase over cobblestoned streets to a taxi stop. It was an unpleasant ending to what had been a nice stay, hence my mediocre rating. Did not get her name but she had short dark hair, young,

Check-in was easy. No issues. Free Wifi and a comfortable room was exactly what we needed. Breakfast was great. Tea, Coffee and Juice. Bread with butter, cheese and meat slices. Cereal and Milk. Scrambled eggs, oatmeal and sausage links. A delicious tart for a sweet ending to the morning. It was a great time.

Hotel host Rinna was friendly and extremely helpful for our room and planning advice to get around town.
