Good location
Staff was friendly and allowed us to check in 2 hours before the check-in time. The hotel is within walking distance of Plaza Zocodover. My only complaint is the AC in my room did not work; my room was quite hot and congested throughout the night.

A Gem
I was on the top floor and had read about rooms up there not cooling off. No problem here. I just leaned a magazine against the curtain over the air conditioner and presto. The cold air came into the room not behind the curtain! VERY nice staff. Great spot. Close to everything. If you have trouble walking in uneven or uphill terrain beware of Toledo. But busses and taxies are available but not encouraged. Great hotel! Beautiful city!

Loved this hotel. Charming. We had two balconies. Good breakfast. Only problem was some kind of dirt falling from the ceiling on to my pillow.
