Great location, close to metro, but on relatively quiet street. Restaurant is reasonably priced. (The lasagna was delicious!) Front desk was very helpful with making dinner reservations, canceling a tour, calling taxis, directions to pharmacy & ATMs, etc. Room was too chilly though & no matter what we did with the heating remote, all it would do is beep, but room stayed cold. Beds were comfy. We were on 4th floor, and although there is a tiny elevator, there was still a steep set of stairs to get to room. Wifi worked well. We would stay here again.

Excellent hotel!!
The hotel is ideally situated near the Trevi fountain, the Spanish steps. And the pantheon. The metro is very close by. We had a deluxe double room which was very nice. The bath was large, and the shower was great! We very much enjoyed our stay!!

NOT a 4-Star hotel! 2-3 star at best!
I will first off say that most of the staff was very friendly and “tried” to be helpful and the breakfast was very good. If you’re coming in from another country and you’re flight lands in Rome in the morning do not expect this “4-Star” hotel to accommodate you in any kind of way to get your room ready early! Check in was 2pm and I arrived at the hotel at 9:30am but as listed as a 4-Star hotel I would assume they would have my room ready early for me as they said they would but after I walked around for 3 hours they didn’t and I got in my room at 2pm. The bed wasn’t comfortable, shower leaked water all over the floor, they don’t have a iron and ironing board, and every morning between 6am & 7am a super loud noise like a bucket of empty glass bottles being thrown into a metal dumpster from the street will wake you up! I’m assuming that’s a recycle service every morning but I sleep very hard and it woke me up every morning. I decided that I wanted to check out and just get a refund since I paid for five nights in advance through hotels.com and find another hotel. The hotel refused to give me a refund so I was forced to stay in their hotel because I pre-paid and I wasn’t going to spend extra money on a new location. I asked for best way to get to Tivoli and front desk person gave me completely wrong information which wasted half of my day! Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone that I know.. I have no idea how they are considered a 4-Star hotel to be honest..

A Small Gem
Very nice, very comfortable small hotel tucked away on a side street about a block from the Barberini Metro station. The location is great, within walking distance of the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Coliseum, and Forum areas, plus an upscale shopping area near the Spanish Steps. The staff is super, and the hot/cold breakfast buffet is very good. The hotel has a restaurant, but there are plenty of good restaurants also within easy walking distance. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and quiet, and the towels were plush. The wi-fi was good throughout the hotel. The twin room we stayed in was small by US standards, but we didn't go to Rome to sleep. We would definitely stay here again.
