Conveniently Located ~ Friendly Staff
Staff was very helpful, friendly & courteous. Hotel was conveniently located in central Rome. Complimentary breakfast was good. Things to be aware of: ~ Poor wifi ~ Small room for $$ ~ Towels need upgrading ~ Airconditioned BUT may not be available depending on month.

Would stay there again!
Loved this hotel! Staff was helpful and courteous. Excellent full breakfast! Room was definitely small, but very clean. Rooftop garden was a plus. Dinner there was only so so.

In the middle of everything AND-rooftop restaurant
Great location, staff was very accommodating. Near the metro. Rooftop restaurant was fabulous -service & food was wonderful. Loved that it was on the smaller side - more personal. Breakfast had alot of choices.

Good location, BAD HOTEL!
Bad experience. This should be a 1 or 2 star hotel at best. Wifi hardly working, very VERY slow and interrupted service. Feels like dial up speeds, a regular email with only text takes several minutes to download, seriously that bad. The room supposedly has air conditioning, but the heat is shut off from some main control out of reach for guests. We mentioned we were cold to the staff at the front desk, which did not care or offer any type of solution. I have uploaded a picture of the temperature control in the room. Also they have a petty policy of no outside food in the room other than their own. PLEASE! I've stayed at 5 star hotels and ordered pizza. I have also uploaded a picture of this printed message inside the room. The hotel is very old and not very well kept up. The toilet stank of urine every morning without exception. Recommendation, stay at another place!
