First of all the Air condition did not work for the 11 night that I stay at hotel, after several request to the hotel staff they told me that due the whether condition they decide not to turn on the air condition. Also, one night there was a group of guess (teen) making a lot of noise, running thru the hall, I made a claim on the front desk , requesting to take action, because we could not sleep due to high noise on the floor, but they do nothing to resolve the issue. finally the hotel is far form the center of Rome. So, DID NOT recommend this hotel by any reason.

Un hotel que no colaboró cuando tuvimos inconvenientes para conseguir transporte al hotel desde el metro. Tampoco les importó que llegáramos 2 horas después y no tuvimos ninguna consulta sobre la situación presentada por parte de la administración. No les importó que canceláramos el desayuno por falta de productos. Además, cuandoles consultamos costos de taxi a la estación de metro, nos informaron algo totalmente equivocado. El último día no hicieron reemplazo de algunas toallás y no nos dejaron jabones. Una atención realmente deficiente.
