You get what you pay for
It was clean enough, not the cleanest. The biggest downside was the bathroom, the toilet barely worked, and the shower pressure was awful. The shower door was very flimsy and there was mildew.

Enjoyed our stay
Loved the fact it is so close to Termini Station. We were able to walk just about everywhere, except to the Vatican, which is very close by train..Room was sparkling clean and Bernadetta was very nice. The only thing was the building controls the heat so it was a bit chilly at times, but the nice comfy bedding kept the cold out while sleeping. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice location and clean!! If you are planning to arriving at the airport, there are really cheap buses go to Rome terminI. And this place is a couple of minutes walking distance. Plus, because there are a lot of people around Rome termini, it is pretty safe.

Not what the description says it is.
This hotel is not a bed and breakfast. All there was food wise was minimal dry croutons and jam, tea and coffee. I had to go out and purchase my own food. There was no milk for the tea, no bowls for the cereal I purchased, and no kettle. There was mold all through the shower. There was no water pressure or hot water everyday but one. The beds sunk in the middle. We had to pay €8 upon arrival for extra sheets because we had twin beds and then and extra €3 each for a towel. The room was serviced daily but my belonging were moved. My luggage was in a different location each time I went to my room, my folded clothes and toiletries moved to different locations. They even moved pieces of furniture and unplugged chargers, it really really felt like an invasion of privacy. However, the girl whom check us in was lovely and very helpful. She gave us a map and helped us with modes of transport. It doesn't have a 24h reception so she waited for us when our train was late. We were able to leave our bags at the place on the day of our departure until our train which was helpful and convenient.

Good for tight budget travelers.
The Lady who welcomed me was very polite and helpful plus she spoke good English. The hotel was more like a hostel and it was kind of in a hotel with apartments and it didn't seem safe to me. I stayed one night and didn't leave the room until I checked out. But a plus was the kitchen that we had use of had lots of tea and coffee at our disposal.
