We had to check in with a kiosk. It wasn’t functioning well and took over 15 minutes to check in. We needed a roll away bed and no one was there to get us one. The parking lot was completely full and there was barely room to drive through the parked cars.

Worst Check In KIOSK
Worst checking ever. No human present only a KIOSK and a virtual assistant. It took 20 min for the person ahead of me to try to get a working room key. I checked in got my key and room number. The room I was issued was occupied! The person in that room was annoyed for being disturbed. He told me the first room he was issued was also occupied and had to go through the process of getting another room assignment. It took over 20 minutes for me to get keys to my reissued room. That meant the next person behind me had to wait 20 min and spend another 15 min at the KIOSK to get his room assignment. And realize it was -3*F outside which made walking back and fourth a very cold challenge. Your KIOSK systems have to many flaws to be used for the general use of checking in your customers. Worst system ever and pathetic that you use such a flawed check in system for us you loyal customers. If it happens again I’ll stop using hotel.com and I’ll do my own hotel search to make sure I have a real person to check me in and deal with any check in issues. THE WORST SYSTEM I’ve had to deal with in using virtual assistance.
