Please, do not go to this hotel! It is awful!!
Going to this hotel was the worse experience I have ever had. They accommodated us in rooms located in different buildings (we were a group of 3 couples who booked 3 rooms in B&B Leonard, thinking of being at the same hotel). One of the rooms was in an apartment of someone who seems to live in that place (there were clothes and shoes in the closet, personal issues in the bathroom, etc.). We did not have water in the morning, later on we had it but it was cold and never got warm. We did not have access to wi-fi. The breakfast was awful. Please do not go to this hotel, it is a completely disaster!!

my room was not in a main building when we check in seems OK but later we fund out lot of problem no Toiletries(no soap, shampoo, two thin towel etc) front door lock is not working properly I have to carry out valuable item with me always I was going to ask to change a room but no way contact owner unless we wait for owner until he showing up because we do not have a cell phone this is what we pay for ?

Very good service but language barrier
I liked the hotel and the owner was excellent as far as providing assistance. The only problem was transportation to hotel not the greatest because we took a train and once we got off the train there was not any elevator to take our luggage down the steps so we had to lug luggage down steps one at a time. Also getting a taxi to hotel was a challenge because none were present at stop so had to find someone who spoke English to ask them to call for us. Owner spoke limited English as well.

The host was kind, but there were things we didn´t like about the place. We want to point out that maybe some of these things were caused by the language barrier between them and us. We didn´t like that the host came in and out of the place whenever they wanted. We weren´t served breakfast for all of the days we stayed. Although we turned it on, the AC didn´t seem to work and we had problems sleeping at night. Although the hotel was close to the Metro A line, it was rather far from the city center - we would have preferred something closer (but this was more our mistake than theirs). And our shower was clogged, so that we were standing in "dirty" water while bathing. Other than that, it was fine.

Good value just a bit off the beaten track
We can't say enough about the hospitality of Leonardo Lungo (the property owner). He was a grandfatherly sort who treated us like we were his own family. This is a no-frills B&B, but the proximity to a variety of restaurants and public transportation --in addition to the hospitality-- made it well worth the price.
