What a lovely place to stay. Our room was lovely and spacious. The staff very friendly. The location was excellent! Only thing we would change is then AC was a little slow to cool off such a large room with high ceilings but would stay here again. Was a great Florence experience!

We arrived to find that our room was sold to someone else although we prepaid 5 weeks earlier through Expedia. Hotel said this was Expedia’s fault and that it happens often! They did find us another room at a lesser hotel eventually, neither the suite nor the panoramic view we paid for.
