Not so good experience
Pros: Modern Hotel and nice room layout. Adequate breakfast. 10 to 15 mins walk to Khaosan Road Cons: The room is nice but upon entering, I noticed that there were only one pillow for each guest and I can't sleep well with only 1 pillow so I immediately called front desk and asked for additional pillows. Frontdesk said that they are fully booked and there are no extra pillows available. It was the first time I heard of such a response from a hotel! So this means that they will let their guest sleep uncomfortably because they are fully booked and no extra pillows available.. unbelievable! I would also like to mention that there were no slippers and dental kit provided so bring some or buy from the 7/11 store on the other side of the road. The sound proofing of the room is also poor. I could hear noises from the other room, tiny noises like hanging clothes from their rack, opening and closing of the doors and even small conversations which made my sleep even more uncomfortable. When I requested for iron and ironing board, they said it is not available and being used by other guests. They didn't even bother asking those guests if they are finished ironing and lend me the iron! The staff didn't bother to help me and assist me with my need and just said that they are booked. I don't feel the welcome and warmth as I noticed staff does not greet guests. I originally booked for 5 nights but decided to cut my stay short due on my second night because of my experience.

Very new and clean hotel in a quiet alley. Very near Khaosan Road. Staff were all very friendly and help. The only things that are lacking is that the hot water system is not very good, the water temperature is inconsistent and i almost showered in cold water throughout. the soundproofing between rooms is bad as well i could literally hear my next door and opp neighbour conversation. Sadly i had a very rowdy neighbour opp unit that parties till 3 am
