Everything was okay except for a room on the 3rd floor and no elevators:( we had 2 large and heavy suitcases. The water to shower never got even warm, almost freezing. The longer I waited the colder it was.

-No hot water and they told us inside the room after check in -a lot of noise come in from a pub right adjacent to the building -no bathroom ventilator -curtains do not work properly to cover from outside light -floor with dust -no amenities on lobby ex. Coffee, snacks, water, etc. The place is nice and very good location. The project requires more services incline to satisfy industry standards for a hostel or small hotel as advertise.

Perfect spot for easy walking to Old San Juan, coastline, or Convention Center. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and accessible. Convenient bodega and night club right across the street. Will definitely consider this location for future travel.

The Urbana is carved out of newly renovated historic buildings, making for a unique and centrally-located stay. The staff is friendly an helpful, and a bar across the street offers drinks and music. While I stayed there, a couple big music/dance events happened at an events venue also on the block, so the whole street felt alive and energetic. It is about a mile walk to the center of Old San Juan, and you pass lots of plazas and sites of interest on the way. A bakery is just down the block offering breakfast and lunch options, and a co-working space next door is available for guests who need to be on the clock while in town. The rooms are small, but with the beach only 10-15 minutes away on foot, and with San Juan all around you, who needs to be in the room? Even so, the hotel was meticulously clean and comfortable. Depending on the time of day, the water might be more warm than hot, but the in-room AC makes climate control easy. I will definitely seek to stay here again!

Old part of town with unique charm. Hard to find on one way streets. We had to go in and out several times to figure out how to get to hotel. We had to put in codes twice to get into the property. We were glad for the security.

No hot water, no amenities, felt like a jail cell. Charged us $312 for one night, and our friends were charged $79/night on the same day. None refundable. I was so mad at this place. Don't stay here.

The perfect stay close to Old San Juan
I absolutelly love this hotel/ apartments. It is located perfectly 20 min walk from the old san juan into a very quirky neighborhood and the beach. The hotel is fairly new and i love the service and staff who are super organised and attentive to your needs. I also love how modern the rooms are. I will definitely stay there when i come back next time.
