This hotel is a joke of 4 star hotels. It looks worse than a random motel. The furniture are scratched the bedding will cut your skin open that how soft it is… the bathrooms with hair on the towels and the staff is rude for absolutely no reason. I stayed only one night when needed a place asap. Please stay away. It doesn’t look like anything like the pictures!! It is close to the city center but next door for the same price you’ll have the quality you are paying for. This is unacceptable I am speechless on top of that they charge you some random €20!!! Fee on check in and I’m 3 weeks after my stay and it’s still not refunded.
