Not as expected.
The hotel looked much better in the photos. The elevator didn’t work on arrival. My room was noisy. It was supposed to be a Mountain View and it looked at a concrete wall. The cigarette smoke from the courtyard and the smell of diesel came up into the room. Wouldn’t stay there again.

I'd never been to Bolzano before and this hotel was the perfect option. Very cool, hip, nice hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice amenities. There's a parking garage right next to the complex. All of historic downtown is only steps away. I'd definitely stay here again.

Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, tolle zentrale Lage und alles sehr sauber! Tolle Pflegeprodukte im Bad und sehr bequeme Betten. Besonders gut hat mir gefallen, dass es zum Frühstück mal nicht das üblichen Buffet gab, sondern dass dieses à la carte serviert wurde.

Excellent hotel close to transportation
This hotel was great for our stop in Bolzano. Close enough to walk from the bus or train station as well as everything in the downtown. The room was clean, quiet and had plenty of room for our needs. The staff was very friendly and welcoming

This hotel is within short walking distance (5-20 minutes) to main attractions and shopping in Bolzano. The staff are attentive and welcoming, and the breakfast is great - lots of options to fill you up for a day of exploring. Highly recommend.
