Took a long time (over 25 minutes to check in). Finally checked in at 7pm and the room hadn't been cleaned. The cleaner was mad and followed me down the corridor and into the elevator yelling excuses to me that they were overbooked and understaffed. Was late to a dinner reservation due to this and had to get changed and ready for the night in the public toilets in the foyer and leave my bags at the reception desk to be moved when my room was finally cleaned. I won't be returning.
