Disappointing
I was in the room farthest away from the Reception, not great when you are disabled and need crutches to walk. I went to the Restaurant for my evening meal and was advised by the waitress to sit at any table. I sat down and waited for almost 40 minutes for someone to take my order. No one arrived, and no food was served in the part of the restaurant I was sitting in. After this time, I left and went back to my room. Reception then told me I was supposed to order at the bar. No mention of this on signs or menus. I didn't bother with breakfast this morning and left. The room was cold - no instructions on how to activate radiators, etc. No milk with coffee. Good job I had brought my own.

Nowhere's perfect.
Great place. My one complaint was eating eggs benedict without the eggs, but expect that was beyond control of the establishment. Other small point is carpets in dining areas are not a good mix.
