Sweet staff, modest rooms but clean, good location
Great staff. Truly the friendliest! Rooms are modest but they were clean and the area is pretty good. I enjoyed being able to walk to Gare du Nord in 10-15 minutes. Found the hotel easily and it’s close to M7 Line, Cadet stop. I also loved I could walk to Sacré Cœur within 10-15 minutes.

Nice but need some update.
Room appeared very small than what hotels.com website shown. Bathroom is updated compared to the room. No international outlet to plug your charger. We had to borrowed european adapter from hotel desk. But hotel front desk employees are nice and very helpful.

Cute (but small) and interesting hotel
The hotel is in an interesting part of Paris where you can definitely see the culture and city life. It is near a not-so-nice part of town though, so you do need to be aware of your surroundings a bit. The room was interesting as well. For some reason, there are two doors to enter the room which makes it quite difficult to get through when towing your luggage. However, the room was cute (but small), clean and served it's purpose. Unfortunately, there was construction being done on the outside of the building so we could not really see out the windows. The breakfast was alright (nothing fancy) but the room is too small for multiple families to try and eat at the same time. One thing to point out, we did not find the concierge to be very helpful. For example, we asked for help finding a place to ship a package. She simply said she didn't know and did not offer to ask around or even look on her computer. We ended up searching on our own and found a postal service called La Poste that was even open on a Sunday. Lucky us! ;-)

Overrated
Hotel was under construction and the room was very small for three people. A little to far for a comfortable walk to attractions. Carpet in the room appeared soiled and lighting in the room was dim.
