Hotel was nice. Bar should have stayed open longer. Only problem was 1 elevator. There was usually a wait. But there is a staircase.

Disappointing stay
Visit started off good and went bad after the first night stay was promised rooms to be serviced while me and my family was enjoys spring break out at pleasure pier after returning that night at 11:30 pm with nothing done to the room my fiancé went downstairs to ask the front desk about what happed and the Hispanic female said I can give u a couple of sheets but other then that your stuck … What so a couple of sheets we had no towels toilet paper and all bed linens was in the floor. My mother spoke with operations manager next day who promised we would be getting at call back from the head hotel manager on Monday 3-20-23 which never happen is this the way that the Home 2 suites by Hilton operates very disappointing and I’m still waiting on that phone call!!

It was ok not the best service, first thing that went wrong was I did not get the room I paid extra for we had to pack up all of our things the next morning and wait til next check in time to get the correct room, second they offered a price adjustment for the wrong room upon checking out it was not taken off they tried to double dip on the parking fee front desk staff not helpful at all for such a busy hotel
