Un hôtel magnifique mais décevant
Un très bel hôtel, dans un lieu exceptionnel mais décevant. J'avais réservé une chambre supérieure et j'ai eu une chambre "handicapé". Ne correspond absolument pas aux photos... De plus j'avais laissé un petit mot car c'était une surprise pour l'anniversaire de mon conjoint, et aucune attention... Nous sommes arrivés vers 19h30, et là on nous informe que le dernier créneau pour le spa est a 8h ... J'avais pris le soin d'appeler avant mais les règles ont changé entre temps. Heureusement une solution a été trouvé pour nous satisfaire. Chambre simple, manque de quoi prendre un café / eau. Mais également mouchoirs.

Très déçus par le séjour
Très déçus par ce séjour en famille, chambre XXL réservée pour 4 personnes. A notre arrivée, seul un lit sur deux est fait. Nécessaire d'appeler la réception, d'attendre près de 45 min pour voir deux personnes venir faire le lit qui sera finalement prêt aux alentours de 23h. Idem pour les serviettes, et tout autre détail. Nous avons payé pour 4 et avons eu un service pour 2 uniquement. Certes les erreur peuvent arriver mais aucun geste en réception de lendemain ni même un simple mot d'excuse. Mail fait au service client, absolument aucun retour, rien, pas même un accusé de réception. Vraiment très déçus.
