Room was beautiful. Hotel was right near the Rialto bridge with taxi's, gondolas, many good resturaunts just outside the door. Mathew was very helpful in getting taxis, gondola rides and suggesting restuarants.

The staff in the front desk is awesome. There was no a/c the time we were there but opening the windows was just perfect. Everything is around specially alot of restaurants we even had a view from our hotel room.

Great staff!! Beautiful hotel so well situated easy to get to with the water bus, a few step away from the hotel. Great breakfast and by the Rialto Bridge. Love that it was on the Grand Canal easy was to San Macro maybe 8 to 10 minutes. If we return to Venice we will stay here again !
