Wonderful

Aristocratic charm beside Salzburg’s stage

Hôtel Bristol sets a decadent tone with baroque antiques, carved stone arches, masterful paintings, and crystal chandeliers that make the lobby feel like a living museum. Rooms and suites are individually designed around eras, destinations, and the arts, from concert-hall drama to cinematic flair. Steps from the Mirabell Gardens and opposite the Mozart Residence, it places Salzburg’s cultural heartbeat right outside the doors.

  • Award-winning dining

The Polo Lounge pairs Austrian classics and international plates with market-fresh flair.

  • Pre-theatre ease

Next to the State Theatre, enjoy chef’s specials and polished drinks before curtain time.

  • Friday and Saturday piano nights

Settle in for live music with cocktails in the Sketch Bar & Lounge.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Bristol Hotel in Salzburg! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. The room was impeccably clean, neatly arranged, and a very comfortable size, which contributed greatly to our relaxing and enjoyable experience. The dinner and breakfast were both outstanding and delicious, a real treat! However, the true highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the hotel's prime location. Situated right in the heart of Salzburg, it's within easy walking distance to all the major attractions, charming cafés and unique shops. It was the perfect base for exploring the city on foot, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip.
