The heater was not working, the bathroom facet was broken, and holes in the walls, and homeless people living there, not to mention many shady people on the grounds.

No positive comments. This property needs to be CONDEMED, Insect infestations, Both only available rooms were uninhabitable The first room had Sheet Rock broken off the walls and into the Shower /Tub, Floor tiles in both rooms were loose and pulled up from the floor. There were Drug impaired ( meth addicts ) people coming in and out of the office area yelling obsinities at the Night Clerk. I waited in the outer office area from about 11:50 pm 01/24 to 12:45 am 01/25 before receiving a Key Card to both Rooms and inspecting the rooms. I took pictures for evidence and I expect a Full Refund of $77.67 and an appropriate courtesy compensation for this life threatening exposeure to my self and my wife. I am a Retired Peace Officer and In-active Pro-Tem Judge in Arizona. I would advise Expedia to remove this property from your system and let the Pheonix City Health Dept. condem this property Department. Thank you for your time concerning this serious matter. Nightmare in Phoenix
Bathtub seams were covered by duct tape. The TV was missing the power cable. No remote. Lamp was missing the light bulb. You could see the sheets through the holes in the bedspread. Fire alarm had been pulled at some time and was never rest so if there was a fire you would now be alerted. The secondary lock on the door was broken. I stay for five minutes and left to find a different hotel. I told them I was canceling my stay and they would not refund my money.
