It is in a neither good nor bad position. It's not far, but you have to cross the main road to go to Ben Thanh Market or Tourist Street. The streets are quiet after evening. I made a reservation because it's my favorite interior style, and I'm satisfied. However, the manager at the desk is uncooperative and doesn't think from the customer's point of view. Nice building but poor service

The only I had was staff were not going to allow my Vietnamese citizen fiancé stay with me. Vietnam law did not allow unmarried people to stay together but that law was repealed in 2000. Now hotels try to enforce to keep police away, who may try and solicit bribes. I cited the law, and they relented. Otherwise awesome stay

Beautiful hotel, lovely modern facilities with amazing views. Staff were really accommodating and friendly. Didn't have any maps of area though as some of previous stays in Ho Chi Minh had. Only issue was trying to work out air con, had to give up in the end as we were only there for one night unfortunately, wish we were there for longer
