unfortunately the customer service was terrible. August I believe was the gentlemen in the night and early shift and he definitely did not look like he enjoyed working for M hotel. His attitude was very poor. The hotel was ok, I would not recommend it.

Buena ubicación -sin espacios para tomar un café o fumar. -todo muy chico ( pieza y ascensor) -le falta la pileta, que entendí que tenía. -no fueron capaces de hacer una llamada al seguro contratado -un día no hicieron aseo pieza por razones absurdas ( no solo dejar toallas en el piso , sino que además dejar tarjeta en conserjería) - el desayuno , malo el jamón, las masas con mucho olor a manteca,
