I liked that it was convient to everything in downtown Strasbourg. The thing that I did not like was that you could not drive up to the properly. There was no directions to the parking which you had to drive up on the side walk to get to the door.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. There are multi-lingual speakers at the front desk, so communication was never an issue. They do have a bag storage room if you need it. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Some of the rooms are located on floors that require the use of some stairs in order to reach them. Our 1st room had very steep stairs up to the bedrooms, so make sure that you ask about this if you think that you may have difficulty climbing up or down the stairs. We really enjoyed our stay here, and will gladly stay here again in the future!
