Tiny bathroom, I mean very tiny
The door doesn't have a lock. Housekeeping person can just come right in if we didn't carry our doorstop. The breakfast wasn't included but we decided to pay and try their breakfast one morning and it was really great. The location wasn't as convenient as I thought it would be but it wasn't horrible. The hotel building is old but doesn't give you that old falling apart vibe. People are friendly although we didn't really have that many reasons to interact with them. You get one room key that looks like a regular key (not a card key or anything like that) and we kind of wondered about the security issues, but didn't have any problem. The wifi speed is fast enough for pretty much anything you want to do. The room windows open. The room isn't as tiny as regular European hotels but the bathroom... The bathroom is very uncomfortable. They don't have a separate towel hanger for new towels and used towels. The room has dust on pretty much anything that's not being used everyday. The shower is very tiny. I'm 5'5" and I couldn't comfortably turn around in the shower while shampooing my hair. You would have to close your arms to turn around. and getting out of the shower is not too comfortable either because the shower door folds and opens towards inside just like the airplane bathroom door. There's no toilet paper holder so you just have to leave them on top of the toilet tank and use it from there. You can't even comfortably step down from the shower because the toilet kind of blocks

Old fashioned but pleasant
Has the feel of an old-fashioned English B&B rather than a hotel. Chipped cups in your room and at the breakfast table; windows that don't keep out the noise; dark corridors that only become lit AFTER you start walking in them. Rooms are comfy and well-equipped, and bathroom nice and clean. Food pretty good. Situated on a side street that is noisy at night - I was kept awake by various premises emptying bottles through the night, and by people walking up and down shouting - and I had the windows closed. Friendly staff, but I wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't recommend it.

Very good location to the city , especially you can walk to the Royal mile and Castle. But the reception area was very small , no enough parking space. They ask us to park maybe 3 block away and they don't give it for free:( no free breakfast and the staff was stiff ( day staff)
