Not worth the savings
Terribly disappointing. The property looked nothing like the photographs online. As a matter of fact the photographs online are of the hotel property next door which is owned by the same proprietor. There were empty soap packets in the shower which was dirty. The shower door didn't close all the way. Behind the toilet were holes in the walls. There were light bulbs missing from the ceiling light fixture and the door to the room didn't seal all the way.

Terrible stay
I had a horrible stay in this hotel. To begin with I got bitten by bedbugs. The room was dirty. The ensuite showers head was aiming high and straight, was impossible to have a wash even though I'm 6,2" tall. Even more bizarrely, the room next to mine had the fuse on/off switches to my room, my neighbour 'cut off' my electricity on my first night by accident. I asked for a new bulb for the bed lamp and maintenance never bothered to turn up. Now if you guys don't mind all of the above you will enjoy the breakfast which was decent

Bedbug friendly hotel
BEDBUGS!! I stayed in a boxy room, no bigger than 5-6sqm, surely it doesn't take THAT long to keep it clean but it looks like a mountain of a task for this hotel. I woke up in the morning covered with huge and horrible bites all over my feet. And what's the point of a showerhead being 2m high pointing HORIZONTALLY??

Terrible hotel
Front door to hotel doesn't always lock, so I felt unsafe as anyone could just enter from the street with no one watching the door. Room was not entirely clean. Layout of the room was very small and awkward. "Private bathroom" consisted of a toilet in the hallway that really anyone had access to. My heat also wasn't working the first night and after two calls to reception I got a barely-good-enough space heater. Overall, a really bad experience. I don't mind most 3-star hotels in London; this is the only one I've really ever had complaints about.

definitely a budget hotel
The room was very small, the shower had problems with not enough hot water volume and the ceiling fan was very noisy. The location was good the breakfast was okay and the price was less than the major hotels in the area. They let us use the baggage room for valuables and on the last day past check out time.
