A true gem near Victoria station
A charming hotel offering fast check-in, generous rooms that are warm and well equipped. The breakfast was absolutely superb.

Courtesy would have been nice.
The only complaint I have was during checking in no one offered to help us with our bags - especially at 10 at night after being told we were on the fourth floor and the elevator only went to the third.

Great location, walking from Victoria Station
Delightful stay. If you don't mind a few stairs, Room 42 is so very sweet.

It was very stuffy. The weather was very nice and warm in London. The heather in the room was on and there is no control over it in the room. Reception told us that they had turned it off but it felt hot through the entire night. We were able to open the window just a bit since they have a lock. Not a pleasant stay!
