WONDERFUL STAY IN A WONDERFUL AREA
super cute hotel, in a super cute area. close to multiple underground stations. staff was friendly. they have to-go breakfast boxes too in case you wanna be a recluse and eat in your room or on the go.

Convenient location
My stay was good. The room was much smaller than it looked in the photos. The room was clean except the bathroom in which I asked the front desk staff to come and clean, which they did. For the price and location, I recommend for a quick stay.

exceeded all expectations
Being a worldwide traveller of over 40 countries for business, I can honestly say I have never met a more committed, conscious and service oriented staff. We had some confusion with overbooking and even though I was a upset guest, they solved the issue going over and above my expectations. I cannot overstate just how good they were 10 out of 10 and I look forward to my next stay.

Great location, tiny room!
I was very happy with my stay here! I booked a single room which turned out to be the tiniest room I'd ever stayed in, but it was comfortable and adequate for one. When you open the door to the room, you literally walk straight into the bed. There is very little room to maneuver around. I booked this room very last minute because I was going to see Hamilton at the Victoria Palace Theatre, which is about a 15 minute walk away. This hotel is close to both Victoria Station (where I was taking the Gatwick Express the next morning) and Pimlico Station. The woman at the front desk was kind enough to let me store my luggage in my room when I arrived around 9am which I very much appreciated. When I returned at 2pm, my room was clean and tidy and actually very welcoming. The shower is actually tiny; I didn't even see it at first because it was behind the bathroom door and actually smaller than the door itself. The funniest part of my stay was when I had a friend over and she had to sit on the toilet to eat because there was simply no other space in the room. All in all, I did enjoy my stay here and would consider staying here again.

Fantastic location, great hotel, poor WiFi
Fantastic location, very clean hotel, breakfast was great for the whole family. The WiFi was not very good, otherwise would have given a top rating.
