Tight space, bare minimum, very close to Victoria
Went on a family vacation, picked the place based on location. 3 people in a triple with bunk beds. Very small space, our suit cases barely fit inside with us. No telephone to use to make local calls - even at the front desk. There is a computer available for use by the reception area had to use since WiFi wasn't free. Room was clean but walls extremely thin - could hear people walking up and down the stairs all the time. Good place to lay head and charge up in order to see London, but no other pros.

poor hotel - good location
We primarily chose this hotel for the price and location. When we got there the man at reception told us that we had been "upgraded" to a flat that was a ten minute walk away for free. It seemed really sketchy, but we went ahead and checked it out. The flat was filthy. I can't count how many spots and stains were on the carpet. The thing that bothered us the most was the fact that there wasn't a deadbolt and slide lock on the door. As long as somebody had a key or a real desire to get inside, they could easily. We decided to lug our luggage back to the hotel to see if the room that we actually had paid for was any cleaner/safer. *There are no elevators, so try to request a ground floor room if you have any luggage* Our room at the actual hotel was still in pretty bad shape, but with wood floors at least we couldn't see the filth as much. We had a room with a double bed, bunk beds, and a roll-away bed. Even though this was small and cramped compared to the apartment, we preferred this as we felt safer being close to other people. This room still didn't have a second lock to the room besides the one activated by the key, so that still made us uneasy. We ended up sliding the roll-away bed up against the door and piling our suitcases behind it every night. The staff was helpful and polite, the cleaning girl especially. The only reason we didn't just leave as soon as we got there was the fact that we wouldn't be in the room at all, we were there to see London.

Tremendous value, spotless and friendly.
This is a great little find. A very clean, comfortable room at a bargain price. Single bed and shared bathroom but who cares? Fabulous value.
