Amazing property & location - communic needs work
I booked two different Charlie stays this month, both in São Paulo. From what I have seen and experienced, all of Charlie’s properties are simply gorgeous, super clean, modern, and well located. Honestly no complaints whatsoever about the property itself, however, I will note two things the business should work on: 1) check ins were very disorganized and complicated. Both times I booked with Charlie, instructions were not sent by check-in time. I had to message them via WhatsApp and wait for a response for me to get the door code which took about 30 mins the first time and the second time they only answered the guy at the building’s front desk, and only answered me a longer while later. 2) I did require some assistance throughout my stay and my questions went unanswered completely.

Otima localizacao, serviço ruim.
O quarto é incrível, a vista espetacular e a localização top. É possivel ir a pé ao shopping, ao metro e pontos de onibus. O grande problema é a comunicação. Nao há portaria ou qualquer pessoa no local (o pessoal externo do estacionamento e da seguranca é nota 10) Fiquei 4 dias, sendo 3 sem internet nenhuma no quarto. Reclamei logo no primeiro dia, depois de um tempão esperando o atendimento no whatsapp, e funcionou por poucas horas apenas no dia seguinte. Logo no primeiro dia acabou (????!!!) a água quente e tomei banho frio. Com quem reclamar? Ninguem... ou esperar no whatsapp. Quarto ótimo, estacionamento muito bom, serviço muito ruim. Uma pena... A qualidade da hospedagem merecia um serviço melhor.
