GOOD LOCATION, Breakfast and Sleep
Location is great with easy walk to Russell Street Station or Kings Cross/St. Pancras Station. The hotel was nice, in an old building, no elevator and narrow stairs and hallway. Our room was on the front street side but area was quiet and we were up early each day to go sightseeing, so if there were any street noises, we didn't notice. Our bathroom was beautiful, recently renovated and clean, but lacked enough towel hooks (only one on back of the door). There was only one outlet with two plugs (one for TV and one for Coffee maker) but it did have a USB port so that was useful. The breakfast was great, some continental (yogurt, cereal, pastries, PB and nutella available) with eggs made to order, sausage and toast available with hot coffee and tea. Staff was very friendly. Building secure with key fob in addition to your own room key. Nice lounge in the lobby as well with extra outlets. Wifi was good,

Location was fantastic near British Library. Room was clean and comfortable. Only negatives were 1) no climate control in room but room stayed comfortable and 2) it was loud. There was a family in the room next door and their kids screamed late at night. Lots of noise from the sidewalk outside with people rolling suitcases and trash cans. I would still highly recommend the hotel. Safe, clean, and friendly service.

The hotel has a good location and wifi was ok. The family room we booked was clean, but quite small and was situated in the basement with a window in a lower court given on the street side with windows with opening (so no sound proof and you could feel the wind blowing through) The acoustic between rooms is terrible - you could hear every step taken in above room and the also the water going through the pipes of the shower of above room. There was no soap and even if we asked at reception that this was missing, this was still not in the room when we can back late at night after our visits. However, we received an adaptor! I do not know how the other rooms are, but I would not recommend this hotel.
