Horrible experience! The hotel address provided on my email turned out to be an abandoned building located next to an empty parking lot! I trued several times to communication with the hotel, but They did not answer their phone, NOT ONE TIME! I decided to google the hotel and another address showed up. We drove there in the Uber, when we got to tgat location again there was no such hotel in site. I called Expedia who was able to contact the hotel, I guess they only picked up the phone if it was Expedia calling them. Expedia informed me that the hotel address was incorrect on my reservations and that the hitel provided them with the correct address. At this point we were trying to figure out this hotel mess for over 2 hours. We were hungry, frustrated and tired from our flight in. So we go to the hotel and there is a leypad to get in. The doors are locked to the building. There is no sign of life in the building. It looks rather sketchy. Again, I called the hotel to get the keypad info to enter the building and they once again did not answer any of my calls. I called back Expdia who themselves couldnt get in touch with the hotel. I gave up and we ended up booking a new hotel, spending unnecessary money. I would never book this place. There were also lots of homeless people and sketchy looking ppl around the area. Did not look safe at all. I do NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. Expedia tried to rectify the situation by giving me a discount. Its appreciated, however miney and time was

DO NOT BOOK THIS!!! SCAM!!!
The host never answered the phone. It says there is a front desk open from 8am to 11pm, but that was a lie. The virtual assistant was no help. I never got the room, and i had to find another place last minute. I still haven't gotten any refund from it. Worst experience ever.
