Run down, tiny lobby with weirdly re-jabbed furniture, tiny rooms with rotting floor,…
Unfortunately I can't recommend this hotel to others, I certainly won't be staying again.…

The whole place smells really bad!! At night there is this noise like a water drop that it’s constant. It doesn’t stop, so it didn’t let us sleep. The breakfast doesn’t seem like food is fresh. The cleaning crew uses the elevator in the morning and doesn’t care about guests! We waited like 25min to be able to use the elevator. We couldn’t use the stairs since it smelled awful as you opened the door. Really bad experience all around!
This hotel is in a great location but it is also surrounded by bars and clubs which you will hear until the wee hours of the morning. The men that run this hotel are not unfriendly but I wouldn’t call them friendly. Room was fine but I was not able to sleep with the club music playing in the background. Breakfast was fair.
Vienna is a quiet city. This area around the hotel is lively if you are looking for evening fun, I think this is a good area. We did not hear any nighttime noise though.
The accommodations worked well for the three of us. The Bathroom was not that good. I really dislike showers that have mold in the caulking😬. One of my Male up items rolled under a bedside table and I found an empty 2 litre Coke plastic bottle..😬😬 The bathroom towels were a bit dingy😬😬😬. The air conditioning was fantastic and appreciated after a long day touring this beautiful city. The hotel staff were very helpful and polite.
It is well located in the old city, but it is a rundown 3 star hotel...don’t expect too much.
Location was great. Enjoyed breakfast every morning. Room and shower were just right. Staff was professional.
The location was excellent and the staff was kind, patient about explaining tour options - more than once in several languages. Observed the staff being very kind to Asian guests not fluent in English. Recommend this hotel highly.
The hotel is close to the U1 subway and walking distance to most of the tourist areas. Staff was helpful and provided a map of tourist sights. Breakfast was included in my booking. The selection was good: eggs, sausage, cold cuts, cereal, juices, fruit, yogurt... The room was nicely appointed. I felt safe at this location as I was a female traveling by myself. It was easy to get to the hotel from Vienna Hauptbahnof train station. I would recommend and stay here again.
The room looks exactly as it does in the pictures. A quadruple room is a little tight but doable. Breakfast was pretty good (cereals, breads, eggs, meats, tea, coffee). What really shinned here was the service. Reception was very patient and willing to provide tips and recommendations for us. We decided to book an additional room last minute and the people working the reception let us take a look at some of the rooms before we made the decision. They were also kind enough to let us check in early which we greatly appreciated.
Our room was perfect! We loved our stay! Close to everything, modern and incredibly affordable for the location. Very very pleased.
