Das Zimmer ist sehr gut eingerichtet, sauber und ruhig, trotz der benachbarten Rohrbacher Straße. Fußgänger freundliche Entfernung zur Altstadt, den Kulturstätten und Einkaufstrassen. Ebenfalls sehr nützlich die Nähe zum Bahnhof und zentralen öffentlichen Verkehrsknoten Bismarckplatz. Ein- und Auschecken zur jeder Zeit problemlos.

Wir hatten eine "Suite" gemietet, aber es war ein ungemütliches Appartement bekommen. Die Ausstattung war spärlich: keine Garderobe, keine Bilder, keine Ablagemöglichkeiten, quietschende Esszimmerhocker, zwei Trinkgläser, keine Gardinen. Es schalte im Wohnzimmer, weil es so spartanisch eingerichtet ist. Die "Suite" Nr. 409 ist in einem extrem hellhörigem Haus mit extrem lauten Mietern, die ab 7 Uhr morgens in einer Tour gepoltert und laut geredet haben, als wenn Möbelspediteure am Werk waren. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmte deswegen in keinster Weise. Das wahrscheinlich neben der Bewertung gezeigte Foto stimmte in keinster Weise mit der Wohnung überein. Vermutlich hatten wir die ungemütlichste Wohnung.
