Violent incident not adressed
The tv did not work. When we called the front desk were told "try again tomorrow". At 4:30am we were woken up by a violent domestic disturbance on the floor above. The ruckus went on for a full hour before a guest of the hotel got involved and managed to calm down the situation. I did not dare open the door as I have young children, but I seriously considered calling the police. Thankfully the kids slept through it. It's not the hotels fault when people get violent, but NO hotel staff reacted or helped. I think the night manager (who told us to try the tv tomorrow) simply slept through it all, leaving the customers to sort it out. Not ok!!! This hotel needs to get responsible staff. In the u.s. The police would have been called for sure. Just about my worst hotel experience ever. I still worry about the poor woman or person who got attacked.

reasonable clean good location
Very nice hotel parking iffy but we found one on the street. Pure luck. No charge until 9:00 in morning so had to get up to put money in meter. We asked for additional pillows and towel and received towel but no other pillows were available.

Very Good8.0
Very easy walking distance from train station and to the beach as well as old town, museums, and lots of great shopping. Nothing fancy here, but certainly a good value if you're just looking for a convenient and clean place to stay during your time in Nice.

Not a luxury room but meet the needs in Nice
Room can use more cleaning. We have small children and we are very particular with room cleanliness. But the price and space for Nice, France is awesome. Parking on the street is free only from 9P until 9A. Nearby parking is 21euros for 24hrs. Grocery store downstairs was great, picked up wine and snacks before heading up to our room.

Scotch Tape and Bailing Wire
We stayed two nights. The first night the hose to the hair dryer was broken as was the mount for the hand held shower. We reported the problem in the morning. When we came back to the room that evening the dryer hose was repaired with Scotch Tape. The shower mount was still broken. During the night the AC quite. Finally we were awakened in the morning to the fire alarm announcing a false alarm.
