急な宿泊予約にも関わらず‥
チェックイン時に「禁煙」のお部屋に空きがあるとのことで、ご案内頂きましたが、お部屋の中にタバコの匂いが染み付いていました。 別館に宿泊したからか、フロントに人がいないのが不安でしたが、乾燥機もある洗濯室が自由に使えるのは、助かりました。 大雪による飛行機の欠航に伴う急な予約にも関わらず、受け入れてもらえて助かりました。 ありがとうございました。
