So the pictures advertising this hotel are very missing leading! Window ledges and skirtings are covered in dust......bathroom is absolutely manky! If I had have had spare money to move hotel I would have!

The employee's are so friendly and helpful, anything wrong ask them and the will help you as soon as they can, me and my mates loved chilling on the balcony, it's a small place but if you go Amsterdam your not going to be spending all your time indoors anyway 😂 stayed at this place twice and would definitely stay there again, perfect location

Small and very bad smell
No lifts, too many stairs had to go up four flights of stairs everyday ruined my trip because wasn’t looking forward to the steps. Rooms are nothing like the picture very very very small especially for a triple room. Very oldern day home. Staff were great, but room was very small, no hallway lights, no mirrors and we had 2 rooms and both toilets have a really bad smell. It was very hard to stay here lucky it was only 2 days.

Hotel location is excellent. I had a single room for one night, and while it was very small with minimal furniture, it was clean. The hotel should show single room pictures. Reception was two levels via steep narrow stairs. Going up the stairs felt like climbing a ladder, which I mentioned to the front desk. They carried my carry-on to my room (4th floor) which I appreciated.

This property was an absolute disgrace with terrible service from the staff and unliveable room conditions. When we walked in the room the door was unlocked despite been given a key at check in. When we got into the room we were shocked that the room was nothing like the pictures we saw when booking the room. From dust to broken windows and dirty towels. This place was filthy. In the shower room there was literally no soap and dirty shower curtain and the room curtains were also just as bad. We instantly decided to check out and when talking to the staff despite them saying they would upgrade us we just didn’t feel safe after seeing the broken windows.
