Central location for sightseeing
Great central location for walking to all the sights. Sparkling clean bathroom with new fixtures and tile walls! Coffee pot in the room was appreciated. Breakfast was just dry cereal, toast, yogurt- meager if you're trying to avoid processed grain and dairy. But there are local stores where you can buy fresh fruit and protein to supplement the diet. Management was not willing to allow guests any computer use, even to print out airline boarding pass. A store across the street will let you rent the computers in their basement for a small fee during the day & early evening hours. The "triple" room was comfortable for one person. The double bed was wide enough for one person. Felt like it was just the box springs, without the padded upper mattress. I used the single bed as a luggage rack, as no rack was provided. There were a few hangers on the wall. All the doors slammed shut so hard that the walls shook every time someone came or went. Startled me awake a few times. There was no air conditioner, but a fan on the wall was OK, since the weather was mild. It also helped mask the noise from the pub across the street- lots of rowdy patrons out on the sidewalk until the early hours of the morning. Front desk staff was gracious, but didn't offer to show guests to their rooms, help with luggage, assist with travel plans (like printing boarding passes) or sightseeing options. Mostly they just stood behind the counter and watched the TV.

Pros and Cons
The hotel is in a great location and is by a lot of other budget hotels. It works for a quick visit but the size is unbelievable for four guests. The bathroom did have the convenience of being able to shower, potty and wash your hands all without moving an inch! Also you really couldn't move it was so tiny. The price while not looking bad almost doubles with added fees making it not a great bargain. If you are just there for a night it might work. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is cold cereal and toast which to me is not what I would expect with an included breakfast. There are restaurants close by.

We enjoyed our stay!
Tiny room - but for the location we couldn't pass it up! Not afraid of stairs nor cramped quarters - room was quiet and although weather was cool - we were glad you had a fan in the room! Made it quite nice sleeping!

Tiny everything, but good location
If you are looking for a cheap hotel in a great location (Pimlico!), this place was satisfactory, esp. if you plan not to spend much time in your room. Pros: Great location in central London, newly remodeled showers, sinks, cheap price, free breakfast Cons: Teeny tiny rooms, beds, and shower. Toilet was down the hall. It's hard to lug big suitcases up the millions of stairs to the top floor if you are staying there. Bedding / carpet was outdated.

Good Location Hotel
very small room , good for people who leave the room in the morning and come back only to take a shower/sleep after a long tourist day, located close to the train station and hop on - hop off start point
