Belongings Stolen From Our Room
While the hotel was comfortable and would normally have received a positive review, our experience was overshadowed by theft. When we returned to our room one night, something seemed off with our bags, and we realized that several pieces of my daughter's jewelry were missing. Someone had been in our room, opened a box within a pocket within a pocket of her backpack, and taken two necklaces and a few pairs of earrings. The box was then put back hastily without taking everything, as if the person who took them hoped we would not notice before we left. The pieces weren't of great monetary value, but one was a very sentimental family heirloom, leaving us crushed and shocked. The treatment we received from staff only worsened this. The night staff clerk was sympathetic but could not do much to help us, then the morning desk clerk was rude and dismissive, nearly accusing us of making the story up. We were told no one had outside access to the room, but that it was impossible a staff member could have done it. The manager called us a couple days later to apologize and offer us a free night, which was a nice gesture but did not remedy our missing jewelry or the rude treatment we initially received. We had never experienced anything like this- theft in a hotel or the dismissive treatment following it. We did not feel secure the rest of our stay and opted out of room cleaning. Since nothing was done to prevent this in the future, we feel obliged to warn future guests about it.

Clean hotel/ welcoming, friendly and helpful staff
The people at 3H were terrific!!! The room was a little small, but that was more than made up for by the kind, accommodating staff. It is with-in walking distance to many terrific restaurants, clubs and several museums. It is also across the street from the Arts et Métiers Metro so you can really get anywhere quickly. We were there for a week and only took a cab once. We look forward to staying there again.

Great hotel.Small but perfectly located in the heart of Paris. The staff was great and friendly. It was very clean . I have to say that we were very impressed with the quality of the windows!!! Super soundproofed, bravo!!! We will definitely come back nest time we go to Paris.

I hated that you had to give your key into the front desk every time you wanted to leave or come back. Sometimes they weren’t even at the desk and told me to leave my key on the counter (which has the room number on it)? What so someone can come steal my stuff? Charged me a hidden fee as soon as I got there. Was pushing me to try to sell me breakfast and then seemed disgusted when I said no. I found a big long black hair on my supposedly clean towel and there was mold and mildew in the bathroom. And there were scuff marks on the weird leather pillows and leather blanket. Staff slept on the job. Really felt like I was living in a “school” they way they talked down to me and watched my comings and goings.
