Great Budget Hotel in Paris
We chose this hotel because it was close to the Embassy. There were other hotels in the area, but this had reviews that met what we were looking for. We needed one night stay to arrive and then check out to get to our appointment. The reviews that influenced me to book were - great budget hotel in Paris - updated rooms and interior - clean - friendly and helpful desk people What we experienced - clean room - the room was small, but we only needed a bed and a place to put our stuff ... so not an issue. - wifi in the room. easy to connect to - GREAT shower - great communication and friendly Some improvements - shower towel rackl fell off, easy to hook back up ... no biggie, but should be fixed - Overall We needed a bed for one night to get our business done. Arrived afternoon left early. That went smoothly, someone was always there. Sheets were clean. Bed was comfortable. No problems. Would recommend.

Over all opinion
Thr hotel ambassadeur is one of the oldest hotels in Paris and it could look old and inconvenient to stay but its going under renovation so im sure it can live uo to a bigger standard after all renovations have been made. But overall not bad, and the staff is super nice and helpful. Would like to go back in the future to see its progress!.

Classic budget hotel in the middle of Paris.
This hotel is not a five-star hotel. But you’re not looking for a five-star hotel, you’re looking for a solid budget hotel - and you’ve found it here. It is an older building, and there are places where that is evident, but it appears to be pretty well maintained. Mattress was firm and comfortable, shower/toilet/AC/heat worked. The staff were helpful and attentive; check in/out was quick and easy.
