Hôtel Abrial Batignolles Paris 17, Paris

The hotel location was convenient. Their staff was helpful and very nice. There is a supermarket across the street and metro station just 2 blocks away. The room was pretty out dated. The breakfast was decent.

Rooms were quite spacious compared to others. They were just renovating some rooms on our floor on our last day.

We stayed two nights. The room was good. Toilet was alright but there was not any shower cutains. The reception guy was helpful to guide us how to visit touristic places. Generally the hotel was located near to Metro, Restaurant and supermarket.

Customer service was average to helpful to nice. Cleanliness of my room, Hmmm!! Carpet was horrible(looked filthy) but did not smell. The bed was very low to the ground, and uncomfortable. Room size average for Paris (small). Bathroom was surprisingly clean and updated. Sadly, the shower head was detached from the coil, and the toilet seat was broken. However, I requested repairs and when I returned to my room that night, these items were repaired. I was pleasantly surprised and was certain to acknowledge the quick repairs. The Lobby appeared very clean, the buffet breakfast bar was set up very nicely, though I did not use it. Overall, the hotel was very conveniently located near two different Train/Metro systems that made up for anything I found wrong. Lastly, the hotel was very old, and right outside my room window was a patio of a restaurant next door that kept me up for a few hours before I was able to fall asleep. If you want cheap, conveniently located to the best public transportation, and don't intend to spend much time in your hotel, this is the one for you.
