Nightmare in Paris
I dont even want to recall this memories since it was very bad experince. To make a long story short - we had a transfer in paris and the plan was to spend the night in the hotel and 8am to go walk around the city. 2 am company of very drunk people came into the room next to ours and it was really loud. Was not possible to sleep at all. Around 3 am they started to smoke and consequently fire alarm was activated. It was very loud and around 10 mins was shouting in all the building. Finally hotel receptoin guy has fixed it and I dont know what did he told to them but 10 mins later they have continued to lough and shout with double energy. I have called to reception saying that I am gonna call police in case receptoin guy will not fix the issue. He has upstaired but 10 mins after this all the things happened again. However this was not the worst thing happened that night. Arounf 4 am what I have heard is that 2-3 people from this room next to our room have invited prostitude and all the process happening after was clearly heard. No support from the hotel staff during the night and no excuses during the check out. Summarizin - I was able to fall asleep around 5 am, all the plans were ruined and we just went to airport after 10 am with sleepless night and bad mood. Definetely hotel is not the place I can recommend to stay.

1-Night Stay in Paris
This was a one-night stay in Paris. I wanted to be close to the Gare de Nord because I was heading to the airport int he morning (the train to the airport leaves from Gard de Nord). I have stayed in various neighborhoods in Paris before and this was not one of my favorites. However, the hotel staff was receptive, friendly and helpful. The room was more than large enough with ample closet space and the bathroom was very nice. There was numerous places to eat and Gare de Nord was close (about 4 blocks).

Room not ready at 5:00 pm
Room wasn't ready when we arrived at 5:00 pm. Hotel needs a few upgrades. Some mold cleaning in the bathroom would help.

False advertising and Mold
Check in was fine and that was where it all went down hill. There's mold in the bathroom but after getting yelled at by a staff memeber for asking a question in English I didn't feel like talking to anyone would solve anything. Then the breakfast price as advertised on hotels is inaccurate and breakfast itself was pitiful. Waste of 12 euros. My mistake, I should have just walked out and went elsewhere. The beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are even worse. Usually a bad bed can be made up with a good pillow but not here. The room besides the bathroom was okay. TV worked so there's something. The blinds didn't shut all the way letting way too much light in for my comfort. Housekeeping halfway cleaned my room some days and for some reason a person interrupted me multiple times in my room but only spoke French. I understand some French but this hotel advertises a multilingual staff. They apparently only mean one person at any given hour. The area around the hotel is filthy but Paris is filthy so don't take that against the hotel. I just find it hilarious the room rates posted in the room as 380 euros for a night. What a joke. Oh and I found a receipt for the previous guest with their personal information listed on it. Great job cleaning. But hey the safe,TV, and lights worked and I did sleep a few hours so maybe a 1.5/5 star experience. I will definitely be coming back to Paris. I will never come back to this hotel.

Clean and great value
Took a quick 3 night trip to Paris with my son. Didn't even book the room until we landed. Turned out to be just what we needed- clean, comfy and friendly. We shared the queen bed with no problem. The shower was small, I have to say. Free wi-fi. Hotel staff was super friendly. 5 minute walk to metro. Plenty of cafes in walking distance. We ate at a different one for each meal. Food prices in the area were very reasonable, also. I paid between 9-14 euros for most meals.
