Poor 2.0
Overpriced hostel
This place should be called a hostel--an overpriced one. Even though we booked and paid for a double bed room, when we got there, they said they were all gone. The mattresses were not comfortable, they didn't even clean the bathroom daily or replace toiletries. The walls were dirty and super thin-you can hear everything and apparently there's a terrace at the hotel next door so it's always loud. The front desk was particularly unhelpful and booked an airport shuttle for me and said I could pay with my credit card which was untrue--which we discovered when the shuttle arrived. And the internet was super slow!!!

Poor 2.0
We were put on the top floor in an attic type room with slanted ceilings with no air conditioning in the middle of Paris’ heat wave. Unbearably hot. After discussing the the front desk other options, he put us in a room on floor 1 that had water oozing up through the floor tiles and a shower door that would not shut. They refused to refund our money and had no other room options. Not customer friendly at all! Choose the Ibis a few doors down!

Very Good 8.0
Nice, pleasant hotel with friendly staff
Booked for myself and a friend, 15 min walk from Gare du Nord station and right next to the Metro to get everywhere we needed. Staff were really friendly printed out directions to places and accommodated us a room with 2 beds rather than a double. We had a small room but didn't need anything bigger was clean, comfy beds and a nice bathroom. Right next to pharmacies, cafes, McDonald's and restaurants so it was a very good location. I would recommend if you are looking to explore Paris and want to be close to everything.

Very Good 8.0
Fantastic location. A gem of a hotel.
We found the hotel comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. A typically quirky French hotel. We had the room at the end of the corridor so it was an odd shape which only added to its charm. The air conditioning was useful too in the hot weather. We also appreciated the lift at the end of a long day walking! We both slept well and found the beds and pillows comfy with good quality linen.

Exceptional 10.0
Perfect Stay
Had a perfect stay at the Hotel, Staff were friendly and helpful and accommodation was spotless. Situated in an ideal Location - Surrounding area had everything you could wish for with nice restaurants and Cafes and was within easy reach of the City centre. - Ideal position for Galleries Lafayette, Paris Opera and much more- would Definitely Recommend
